Definitions
- “Company”

- “Carrier”
- Licensed and insured vehicle transport company contracted to move the vehicle.
- “Customer”
- Individual or entity requesting vehicle shipping services.
- “Vehicle”
- The automobile identified on the signed order and Bill of Lading.

Scope of Service
Kevin’s Classics arranges enclosed vehicle transportation through licensed and insured third-party carriers. The Company is not the carrier of record and acts solely as an arranging broker.

Scheduling
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates only. Delays due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or regulatory factors are considered standard transport risks.

Insurance
Vehicles are insured by the Carrier while in transit up to the declared value listed on the Carrier’s documentation. Coverage excludes pre-existing damage and personal items.

Vehicle Condition
The Customer must disclose any inoperable condition, modified suspension, oversized tires, or clearance concerns prior to pickup.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due directly to the Carrier at delivery using certified funds, wire transfer, or other accepted payment methods.

Cancellations
Orders cancelled prior to carrier dispatch are fully refundable. Once a carrier has been assigned, up to 20% of the total transport cost may be retained to cover dispatch expenses.

Liability
Kevin’s Classics acts strictly as a broker and assumes no liability for loss, delay, or damage during transport beyond the Carrier’s insurance coverage.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Venue shall be the appropriate county within Minnesota, unless otherwise required by law.
